Maintenance Recommendations:
- All units should have a Termite Contract
- Consider storm gutters
- Periodically blow off roof
- Prune shrubs and trees
- Tighten bolts on foundation pilings

- Be familiar with Town and KICA rules and
covenants!
- Obtain list of contractors from Corrine Forte
